Regional Agent

Sue started at TCA in June of 2003 upon graduation from Luther College. A programmer herself in college, she was able to work with acts such as Jurassic 5, Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, and Blues Traveler. When Sue isn’t at work, she loves hanging out with her friends and family, knitting, brewing beer and wine, but most of all, spending time with her husband Drew, daughter Lillie, and dog Pearl.

Describe your perfect day:
I’m not sure exactly what we’d do or how it would look, but I know it would involve Drew, Lillie, Pearl, friends and family. I’m guessing there would also be sunshine, grilling and a few home brewed beers.

Alma mater:
Luther College – 2003 – Soli, Deo, Gloria

Proudest Accomplishment or Award:
Being a Mom to Lillie and the NACA Red Team Kickball Championship (2 years running)

Why do you like your job?
Every day is different – I may be pulling out my hair because I had to cancel 7 shows because of snow in Dallas, and then next day I might help guide a student through their first booking experience. As a former programmer, I still get a thrill out of a successful show and proud, happy students!

Family:
I’ve got a big crazy family – I’m the youngest of 4 and my siblings are 13, 15, and 17 years older than me. I have a niece and two nephews all in the mid-west and my dad splits his time between Eau Claire, WI (where I grew up) and Arizona. Drew and I welcomed our daughter, Lillie into the world in March of 2014. Lillie has one fur-sister, Pearl who loves her almost as much as her dad and I do.
